The article "Designer of 2015 trends" specifies 6 major trends and concepts that designers should consider today. I completely agree with the meta-disciplinarian aspect of design. Designers coordinate not only the little sections and graphics of a communicative project, but they synchronize the entire project considering the way it will be represented and perceived. For this, designers must have a clear understanding of all the fields and disciplines involved.
Also, today we can see that the "attention to economy," one of the trends in the article, is dominating in the current market, considering the spread of the minimalistic approach in all the types of design, including graphic, interior, product, and others. However, I think that the simplistic approach and careful consideration of resources, materials, and elements used in design comes not from the limited amount of resources, but the opposite - from the overwhelming amount of information that people consume every day. So it’s the job of designers to make the message as easy digestible as possible to facilitate the communication.
